Behavioral Framework is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism and their families. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data, completing progress notes, collaborating with BCBA supervisors, and supporting children in developing life and social skills. The position requires 20–30 hours per week of physical presence at the job location, along with experience working with children with special needs, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform repetitive physical activities.
