Behavioral Framework is hiring a part-time In Home Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children in their homes. The role implements individualized behavior plans, teaches communication, social, and daily living skills, uses positive reinforcement, collects session data, and collaborates with BCBA supervisors and caregivers. No prior ABA experience is required because free RBT training and certification are provided. The position typically involves 4–5 afternoon or evening shifts per week, with 4–5-hour sessions, and pays $20–$23 per hour.
