Behavioral Framework is hiring a part-time In Home Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism in their homes. The role implements individualized behavior plans, teaches communication, social, and daily living skills, uses positive reinforcement, collects session data, and collaborates with BCBA supervisors and caregivers. No prior ABA experience is required because free RBT training and certification are provided. The technician works 4–5 afternoon or evening shifts per week, 4–5 hours per session, with a starting pay of $20 per hour and opportunities for increases.
