Beyou Behavior Therapy is hiring an in-person, part-time Behavior Technician Trainee to provide one-on-one, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The role serves clients in Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch, California, and includes implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting session data, supporting skill development, communicating progress, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States. The position pays $16.90 per hour for the first 40 days, with an RBT rate of $27–$30 per hour after certification.
