Description
Beyou Behavior Therapy is hiring an in-person, part-time Behavior Technician Trainee to provide one-on-one, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA. The role serves clients in Oakley, Brentwood, and Antioch, California, and includes individualized intervention, behavioral data collection, progress communication, and participation in training and supervision. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years of age, experience working with children, reliable transportation, and authorization to work in the United States. The position pays $16.90 per hour for the first 40 days, with an RBT rate of $27–$30 per hour after certification; training, exam preparation, and RBT exam reimbursement are provided.
