Description
Burnett Therapeutic Services is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Foster City and Redwood City to work one-on-one with children with autism or developmental delays in homes, clinics, or schools. The role delivers individualized behavior support, implements intervention plans, records client progress, communicates with families, and participates in training and supervision. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with potential increases after RBT certification, and the schedule is Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with afternoon and evening availability. Candidates need at least six months of experience working or volunteering with individuals with intellectual disabilities, a high school diploma or equivalent, and must complete a 40-hour RBT training course before starting; RBT certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
