CLASS is hiring Behavior Therapists to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism in home, school, and community settings. The role requires completing training and skills competency before independent work, delivering at least two-hour sessions, following clinical programs, collecting data, communicating with families and team members, and handling basic administrative tasks. Candidates must be fluent in English, have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, car insurance, reliable transportation, strong communication and time-management skills, confidentiality and HIPAA knowledge, and the ability to perform physical activities involving children. The position offers $23–$31 hourly pay, a company-issued tablet, full benefits for full-time employees, and a $200 bonus for meeting specified training requirements within one week of orientation.
