Description
Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and requires patience, compassion, teamwork, physical flexibility, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, and applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, obtain CPR, First Aid, and tuberculosis testing as applicable, and pass a background check. The pay range is $17–$20.
