Description
Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, compassionate, and capable of teamwork, requiring physical stamina due to the need to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided.
