Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of working in a team, requiring physical stamina due to the need to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided, allowing new technicians to effectively support children despite initial lack of experience.
