Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves one-on-one support using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of working effectively in a team, requiring physical stamina due to the need to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
