Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, compassionate, and capable of teamwork, with a high school diploma or GED. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience. The position pays starting at $16 per hour, increasing with experience and certification.
