Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and capable of working effectively in a team environment, requiring physical stamina due to the need to stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, and occasionally lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
