Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. The role involves teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, reducing interfering behaviors, collaborating with a team, completing comprehensive training, and meeting physical demands including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, age 18 or older, CPR and First Aid certification and a tuberculosis test, a background check, and obtaining Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days of onboarding requirements.
