Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves direct one-on-one interaction with children, using evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills while managing challenging behaviors. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and capable of physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, making this role suitable for those new to the field.
