Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and requires patience, compassion, teamwork, and the ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and tuberculosis testing. Comprehensive training is provided, and candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding. The pay rate is $18-$24 per hour, with increases based on experience, certification, and education.
