Centria's Elevate Program offers a full-time, paid practicum opportunity for individuals pursuing a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) credential. This program provides supervised practice, mentorship, and real-world clinical experience with children and families, progressing through a structured three-stage pathway (Emerge, Empower, Ascend) with increasing wages and support. Participants gain hands-on experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, learning best practices, attending professional development, and ultimately transitioning into a BCBA role with tuition reimbursement.
