Description
Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves working one-on-one with children using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience. Candidates must be patient, compassionate, and capable of physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
