Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors and requires patient, compassionate teamwork, physical ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds, and fluency in Spanish. Comprehensive training is provided, and the pay range is $19-$25.
