Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring full-time, in-center Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized treatment protocols, collecting behavioral data, supporting caregiver training, maintaining documentation and safety, and preparing client materials. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, willingness to obtain required certifications, and strong patience, communication, attention to detail, and technology skills. The stated pay range is $18–$24 per hour.
