Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills, reduces interfering behaviors, requires compassion, teamwork, physical activity, and the ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training is provided, and candidates must obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.
