Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role teaches communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors, requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and provides training for candidates without prior experience. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, obtain CPR, First Aid, and tuberculosis testing as applicable, pass a background check, and obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification within 45 days of onboarding. The pay range is $16-$23.
