Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring full-time, in-center Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves implementing individualized treatment protocols, collecting behavioral data, supporting caregiver training, completing documentation, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and assisting with treatment materials. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, physical ability to safely interact with children, strong communication and attention to detail, and either current Registered Behavior Technician certification or willingness to complete required training and the RBT competency exam within 45 days of employment. Pay is $18–$24 per hour, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
