Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision and using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The role includes comprehensive training, physical activity requirements, and a pay range of $18-$24, with a high school diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid and tuberculosis testing eligibility, background check clearance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
