Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism. The role involves one-on-one work with children using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Candidates must be passionate, patient, and compassionate, capable of working effectively in a team. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it suitable for those without prior experience. Physical demands include standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds.
