Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. The role involves teaching communication, social, and daily living skills, reducing interfering behaviors, documenting and following evidence-based interventions, and collaborating with a team. Comprehensive training is provided, and the position requires physical activity including lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds. Pay is $18–$24 per hour.
