CCBS is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Union City, California, with the role potentially leading to full-time. The technician will implement individualized skill-building programs designed by BCBAs, collect behavioral data, work with clients in structured activities and play, communicate with the clinical team and families, and maintain a clean therapy space. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, a valid California driver's license with reliable transportation, weekday afternoon availability, background clearance, TB test and immunizations, physical ability to lift children up to 50 lbs, RBT certification or willingness to complete training, and experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities. Compensation is $23–$30 per hour, with paid RBT training, mileage and drive time reimbursement, and benefits starting at 25 hours per week.
