Cortica is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, using evidence-based practices, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to obtain BCAT certification within 90 days, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. The position offers part-time schedules, fully paid training and certification, and a pay range of $23.62 to $31.69 per hour.
