CrystalCare ABA is hiring a Behavior Technician to support and implement individualized ABA therapy plans for individuals with autism under BCBA supervision. The role involves one-on-one sessions in home and clinical settings, data collection on client progress, collaboration with BCBAs, communication with families, and ongoing training. The position offers hourly pay of $26 to $35, flexible scheduling, and requires experience with autism or developmental disabilities, knowledge of ABA principles, and either RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
