CrystalCare ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) to implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy plans for individuals with autism. The role involves assisting BCBA-supervised therapy, conducting one-on-one support sessions, collecting data, collaborating on plan adjustments, providing client and family feedback, attending team meetings, and participating in ongoing training. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, possess a strong understanding of ABA principles, and demonstrate compassion and commitment to client success.
