Espree LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide life-changing care for children with autism and other developmental disorders. The RBT will implement individualized behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in preschool and home environments, helping children develop social, communication, and learning skills. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, implementing behavior plans, collecting data, assisting in skill development, collaborating with caregivers, attending training, and documenting progress. Qualifications include RBT certification (or willingness to obtain), experience with young children (preferably with developmental/behavioral challenges), strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
