GOALS for Autism, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Behavior Technician in San Mateo, California, to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis services in clients’ homes and community settings. The role involves implementing behavior modification programs, teaching life skills, collecting accurate data, and writing service notes, with ongoing supervisor mentorship. Candidates must be at least 18, able to work at least 20 hours per week, pass a background check, obtain a negative TB test, have reliable transportation, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent; college credits or a degree are preferred.
