Description
Grafton is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis services to children and families or caregivers in home or other natural settings. The role works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, implements treatment plans and behavioral interventions, collects progress data, documents cases, supports families, and may prepare assessments and assist with training. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a valid driver’s license, obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification, and meet one of three education or experience pathways; prior experience with developmental or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Compensation starts at $21.38 and can reach $28.04 per hour, with shift differentials and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
