Headrise ABA is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy Paraprofessional) to deliver in-home, one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. The role involves implementing BCBA-developed plans, tracking client progress through data collection, supporting skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living, and collaborating with families. This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly compensation ($18-$25/hr), and a $200 sign-on bonus.
