Description
HireCare Services is looking for compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing individualized ABA treatment plans, providing direct 1:1 therapy in various settings like homes, schools, or communities, collecting behavioral data, communicating with supervisors, completing session notes, building client/family relationships, and adhering to ethical standards.
