Description
Homebase Behavior Consulting is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the child’s home or at a center. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting and tracking data, monitoring progress, reporting to the supervising BCBA, assisting with family training, collaborating with clinical teams, and maintaining confidentiality. Candidates need at least 12 months of relevant experience or an associate’s degree or higher in a human, social, or educational services discipline, along with a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong communication and analytical skills, and CPR certification. Compensation is $20.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience, with flexible schedules and paid training and certification.
