Description
I Am Boundless is hiring a full-time, hourly Behavior Technician to implement behavioral health and educational services using Applied Behavior Analysis for individuals with autism, related mental health disorders, and intellectual disabilities. The role may work in one-on-one, two-person, or small-group settings, with supervision and training from behavior analytic or behavioral health supervisors. Responsibilities include crisis intervention for self-injury, aggression, and high-magnitude disruptive behavior, as well as documentation, communication, and use of mobility and lifting equipment. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication skills, and First Aid, CPR, delegated nursing, and valid Ohio driver's license credentials; three years of relevant experience, Applied Behavior Analysis experience, and a related college degree are preferred.
