Description
The Behavioral Health Technician provides one-on-one, two-person, and small-group behavioral health and educational services to individuals with autism, related mental health disorders, and intellectual disabilities using Applied Behavior Analysis. The role implements skills acquisition and behavior modification plans, delivers intensive treatment, conducts crisis interventions, collects and analyzes service data, prepares instructional materials, and participates in team meetings. It is a full-time hourly position in Worthington or Newark, with work in treatment centers, community settings, schools, and client homes, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health.
