Behavior Technician at I Am Boundless

I Am Boundless is hiring a Behavior Technician for a residential therapeutic setting serving individuals with autism spectrum disorder, behavioral health conditions, and developmental disabilities. The role involves constant engagement and supervision, implementing Applied Behavioral Analysis and Behavior Support Plans, and providing crisis intervention for self-injury, aggression, and disruptive behavior. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, communicate in English, and hold required first-aid, CPR, delegated nursing, driver’s license, and auto-insurance credentials. Three years of relevant experience, Applied Behavioral Analysis experience, and a related college degree are preferred. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
