Description
The Behavioral Health and Educational Services Technician provides Applied Behavior Analysis-based behavioral health and educational services to individuals with autism, related mental health disorders, and intellectual disabilities in one-on-one, two-person, or small-group settings. The role includes delivering instruction and assessments, implementing skills acquisition and behavior modification plans, providing intensive behavioral health treatment, conducting crisis interventions, collecting and analyzing service data, preparing instructional materials, and participating in team meetings. It is a full-time hourly position in Worthington or Newark, with work in treatment centers, community settings, schools, and client homes, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of experience in behavioral health, human services, or mental health.
