Description
The Behavior Technician provides person-centered care and treatment services to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders, helping them develop independence, daily living skills, communication, social skills, and leisure skills. The role may serve children or adults in homes or the community, including evenings and weekends, and requires documentation, treatment-plan support, incident reporting, confidentiality, and adherence to Boundless policies. It is a full-time or part-time position with no supervisory responsibility, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English communication ability, and First Aid and CPR certification, and may require local travel.
