Imagination ABA Therapy is hiring a part-time/per-diem Behavior Technician to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis programs created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role involves working with children and families, building meaningful skills, supporting functional communication and independence, collaborating with parents, schools, and multidisciplinary professionals, documenting therapy sessions and progress data, and participating in supervision, training, and mentorship. A high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, emotional resilience, and flexibility are required. The position pays $22–$35 hourly.
