Behavior Technician delivering one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy to children in homes, schools, and community settings under the direction of a supervising BCBA. The role includes implementing treatment plans, collecting and documenting progress data, maintaining a safe and engaging environment, and communicating with families and supervisors. It is per diem with flexible scheduling in New Jersey and includes training and RBT coursework.
