Description
Intermountain Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide direct care and supervision to members in behavioral health residential or inpatient settings and in the community. The role implements applied behavioral programs, collects behavioral data, supports treatment and crisis plans, transports members, manages medications and daily living activities, prepares meals, completes documentation, and participates in team meetings and required training. A high school diploma or GED is required, with an associate degree and related behavioral health experience preferred. The position requires Arizona credentials, a valid driver’s license, physical de-escalation capability, and may require CPR, First Aid, AED, and TB clearance.
