Key Autism Services is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans, collecting client data, using DTT and NET strategies, collaborating with BCBAs and clinical teams, and participating in supervision and training. Applicants need at least three months of ABA experience, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and dependability; Active RBT certification is a plus.
