Kids First is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy in the Buffalo area. The role involves working with a BCBA to support skill development, tracking progress, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. Candidates must be willing to obtain RBT certification within three weeks and should be reliable, patient, and strong communicators; prior experience with children is preferred but not required.
