The Behavior Technician will work with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have autism in their homes or daycares, using applied behavior analysis to teach communication, socialization, and self-help skills through play-based therapy. The role is part-time, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, consistent availability, background-check eligibility, and the ability to work in the United States; pay starts at $16 per hour and may increase with ABA experience or training.
