The Behavior Technician supports children with autism aged 18 months to 6 years in their homes or daycares through play-based applied behavior analysis, helping them develop communication, socialization, and self-help skills. The role is entry-level, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, consistent weekly availability, background-check eligibility, and U.S. work eligibility, and offers part-time hours of 10–29 hours per week with starting pay of $16 per hour plus additional pay based on ABA experience or training.
