Description
The Behavior Technician will work with children aged 18 months to 6 years who have autism in their homes or daycares, using applied behavior analysis to teach communication, socialization, and self-help skills through play-based therapy. The role is part-time at 10–29 hours per week, pays $16 per hour or more based on ABA experience and training, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, consistent availability, background-check eligibility, and the ability to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include bilingual English/Spanish fluency, relevant education, and childcare experience.
