Life Skills Autism Academy is hiring a full-time, in-center Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one and group Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The role includes implementing individualized behavior protocols, collecting and documenting client data, supporting caregiver training, communicating progress, maintaining a safe therapy environment, and assisting with treatment materials. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, must be at least 18, have reliable transportation, and either hold Registered Behavior Technician certification or complete required training and competency testing within 45 days of employment.
